Apostle Toccara Spann
Apostle Toccara Spann is the founder and senior leader of Holy Nation United Training Center in Martinez, Georgia. Her ministry carries a vision for spiritual maturity, sonship, prayer, worship, and the transformation of families and communities throughout the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) and beyond.
Now entering its fifth year of ministry, Holy Nation United has established regular worship services, prayer initiatives, discipleship efforts, community outreach, and a growing digital presence — all built around a single calling: to raise believers who walk in the character, authority, and love of Christ.

The Community Transformation Center
As part of our 2026–2029 strategic vision, Holy Nation United is preparing to launch a Community Transformation Center offering prayer and counseling, youth mentoring, family-strengthening programs, leadership development, financial literacy, workforce readiness, and ongoing outreach across the CSRA.
